Bella Thorne Claps Back at Man Who Asked Her to Shave Her Legs
Bella Thorne will not shave her legs, even if you ask her nicely. When a Twitter user complimented her but then asked her to shave her legs, Thorne replied amazingly, “HAHAHHA NEVER.”

It’s not surprising that the actress clapped back with a laugh. She’s always been confident about her body image and outspoken about double standards. “I think a lot of girls do, and it’s unfair because guys don’t,” Thorne told Cosmopolitan in 2015 of the pressure women get to look and act perfect. “Guys can have acne scars and be overweight or rude. If a girl is the least bit sarcastic or she speaks out about something, she’s a bitch. It’s completely messed up,” she continued.
“If a girl wears a bathing suit, she is a ho and is body-shamed. If you don’t show your body, you’re a prude,” Thorne went on. “You take pictures with a guy and you’re a ho; you take pictures with a girlfriend and you’re a lesbian. I don’t understand how girls can sit there and pick one another apart. My friends and I don’t do that. Even if I’m not having a good day, my friends are always like, ‘But babe, your style is impeccable. I love your shoes.’ No matter what, we always pick out the good things.”
Thorne’s comments on The View were equally as powerful, telling her fans that “you can be sexy any way you want to be.” She prefaced this with: “In Hollywood, it’s supposed to be that you have to be super-skinny with big boobs and a big butt, and I say no.”
“It’s not just in Hollywood. It’s really sad that it’s made it to everyday life,” she said. “I see girls on Instagram all the time that are like, ‘Oh, her waist doesn’t look too skinny here. Maybe she should use that app that puts it in more.’ And I’m just like, What are you girls thinking? Why are you gonna do that to yourselves? You’re beautiful. I don’t get it,” she said.
It’s comments like these that prove Thorne could have legs as hairy as Big Foot’s and she’d still be perfect.
