Diane Kruger Teases Pretty Dramatic Haircut

Diane Kruger isn’t exactly known for changing up her look very frequently. Oftentimes, she simply keeps her midlength, blond hair exactly that — blond and midlength. However, Kruger shared an image on her Instagram account Tuesday of a salon floor covered with chopped blond hair, making us think the actress went in for a pretty dramatic haircut. Fans were beyond eager to see the final outcome of this mystery chop, with one person commenting on the image, “Pixie…bob…layers…? The suspense is killing me!” and another writing, “Follow up pictures please!!!”

According to fan speculation, the new haircut seems to be in preparation for Kruger’s latest film, In the Fade, which will mark the first German-language project the German actress will have starred in.

Considering the fact that filming for the new movie is set to begin this fall in Hamburg, Germany, we can’t help but agree that this impromptu chop is most likely intended for the movie production. Nonetheless, whether Kruger cut her hair into a pixie cut or lob for the film, we can’t wait to see her new look.
