Holiday Hair Inspiration from Chanel

Yesterday, Chanel presented their Métiers d’Art collection in Salzburg, Austria. The collection is a chance for the fashion house’s various artisans to show off their work outside of the typical fashion calendar—which means we get a bonus dose of inspiring hair and makeup looks.

Sam McKnight, the hair stylist behind all of our favorite Chanel ‘dos, sent models like Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner down the runway with hair perfect for a holiday party. McKnight pulled the top section of the hair off the face and secured it at the back with a jeweled barrette or black satin bow—a few lucky girls got both. The final look is ultra-girly with a hint of Brigitte Bardot. We’ll be adding a Chanel barrette to the top of our holiday wish list.
