Everything You Need to Know About Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's Surprise Wedding
In Jennifer Aniston's life, events that aren't even happening are front page news. See her many rumored pregnancies and breakups with new husband Justin Theroux.
Yet somehow, she and Theroux kept the plans for their backyard wedding Wednesday night hidden, at least from the public, mostly because of the cover story that Theroux's upcoming birthday was being celebrated. However, a source revealed to Entertainment Tonight that the couple's roughly 70 guests, including Friends co-stars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow; John Krasinski and Emily Blunt; Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi; and Howard Stern, were fully aware they were attending a wedding.

Cox reportedly served as the maid of honor, while tattoo and fine artist Scott Campbell, who is married to actress Lake Bell, took on Best Man duties.
While deets aren't available on the wedding gown just yet, both the bride and groom wore rings designed by Jen Meyer, who happens to be the wife of their friend Tobey McGuire (and, yeah, they were both there, too).
Aniston made sure she wasn't the only one who impressed on her big day. She reportedly gave her dogs "the works" at L.A.'s The Spa Dog, which offers manicures, aromatherapy, and other luxe services fit for the pets of an A-lister.
According to Us Weekly, the crowd dined on fish, chicken, sausage, fettucine carbonara, and mostaccioli pasta with red sauce. Partygoers also tucked into a wedding cake that was topped with Muppet-like puppets. The toppers were obviously a nod to Aniston's love for them, which she explained to People in 2011. "Will Speck, who was the director of The Switch, we went to FAO Schwartz, and we made Muppets of each other. That was the closest that I could get it looking like me, and that was the closest he could get it looking like him. They are the most fun, they've come with me on vacations. My girlfriends, we do photo shoots with them, it's very silly. They’ve been to Cabo so far."
Guests were treated to a live performance of "Chandelier" by Sia herself. They also danced all night to tunes from artists such as Rihanna, Michael Jackson, and Jay Z. The music stopped only briefly at about 10 p.m., so everyone could actually mark Theroux's big day with a rendition of "Happy Birthday."
Like any good MOH, the festivities — which were captured by famed photographer Terry Richardson — didn't end until Cox left early Thursday morning, according to People. "The last guest to leave was Courteney," a source dished to the magazine. "She left right after Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Kimmel. She left around 3 a.m. At 2 a.m. they still had the music pretty loud."
Despite the late night, waking up on Thursday wasn't too difficult for the newlyweds. They were photographed at L.A.'s Van Nuys Airport boarding a private jet bound for French Polynesia, where they'll spend their honeymoon just as they do their vacations — with Handler and other friends.

Their tropical getaway will be much different than the bachelor party Theroux enjoyed two days before the wedding. The couple's close friend Kimmel hosted the event in the "barn bar" he built on his property in West Hollywood.
