Klum, 43, finally revealed her costume Monday night, and it was definitely not what fans were expecting. The mother of four had her partygoers eagerly waiting for the big reveal as a huge box – labeled with “Made in Germany” – arrived on the red carpet. “Are you seeing double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, sextuple?!” the star hinted on Twitter and Instagram hours before her party. Prosthetic guru Mike Marino and makeup artist Linda Hay worked with Klum to transform the five other ladies.
“It’s going to be a German theme,” the Project Runway host revealed to Vanity Fair last week. “My costume is going to be made in Germany. It’s been in planning for four months.”

Klum teased her outfit over three weeks ago on social media, wearing the same beige and white costume and knee-high boots.
Earlier in the day, the real Heidi Klum appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show dressed as 14-year-old dancer Maddie Ziegler from Sia’s “Chandelier” music video.
