‘2 Broke Girls’ Canceled by CBS After 6 Seasons
It may be time to reach for a cupcake, as CBS has canceled “2 Broke Girls” after six seasons.
Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs starred in the sitcom that was frequently on the bubble. The cast also included Garrett Morris, Jonathan Kite, Matthew Moy and Jennifer Coolidge.
Michael Patrick King and Whitney Cummings created the show, and it hailed from Warner Bros. Television.

The network still has a number of shows still in limbo, including “Elementary,” “The Great Indoors” and “Code Black.”
CBS has already given early renewals to 16 of its series, including five freshman shows, “Bull,” “Kevin Can Wait,” “MacGyver,” “Man With a Plan” and “Superior Donuts.”
Long-running favorites such as all three iterations of “NCIS,” “Criminal Minds,” “The Big Bang Theory,” “Blue Bloods” and “Hawaii Five-0” are also returning. Dramas “Scorpion” and “Madam Secretary.” Comedies like “Kevin Can Wait,” “Mom,” “Life in Pieces” and “Man With a Plan” were also renewed.
