50 Cent Responds To Hurricane Chris Claiming He’s The Better Rapper Between Them
Hurricane Chris has engaged with Hip-Hop’s most notorious villain, now claiming he’s the superior wordsmith. 50 Cent has since responded the only way he knows how, with humor and dismissiveness.
The G-Unit leader shared a clip from the Shreveport, La. rapper’s VladTV interview where he discussed the state’s education system. “Louisiana got the fourth worst edunacational system in America,” Chris said. “Fourth worst out of all 50 states.”
Fif captioned the video “[raised eyebrow emoji] this is what happens when the ‘edunacational’ system fails you [shrug emoji] IN THE 50 states of America. LOL.”
The “Ay Bay Bay” rapper fired back in the comments, writing “I corrected it [you] looping the video with them good editors.” He also owned up to the fact that he was speaking too fast in the interview. However, he wasn’t done there and called out some questionable comments from the “In Da Club” rapper’s past.
Hurricane Chris shared a video of 50 Cent expressing his affinity for Tekashi 6ix9ine and Soulja Boy. “6ix9ine’s not from the street,” the Power executive producer said. “I liked him because… like I liked Soulja Boy — when he came, I looked and I was like, ‘He’s 16 years old.'” Chris wrote in the post’s caption, “[lollipop emojis] I write 16s u like 16s [crying face emojis].”
In a separate post, he called out Fif for targeting him saying “edunacational” and not the entire message. “A fake person will always try their best to make light of a real situation,” he said. “Louisiana has a very challenged educational system and I want to bring awareness and help our youth some people actual think it’s a joke but true colors will show.”
This is the latest chapter of their ongoing feud. It began when the 35-year-old called out the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ artist for not booking any local talent for his Humor & Harmony Weekend in Shreveport, La. He also took issue with him spending $500,000 on local officers to be security for the festival, saying that the money should have gone to the youth.
In the VladTV interview, Hurricane Chris took things a step further and said 50 Cent can’t out-rap him after Fif said his music gets no play in his ride.
“I will slaughter his a** with any type of musical sh*t that you can even think of,” he said. “You know he can’t out-rap me. Anybody knows that … [He] cannot out-rap me, [he] do not make better music than me right now. He don’t make better songs than me. If 50 made a song right now and I made a song right now, I’ma smash that. Go listen to me and Boosie‘s song ‘Murder’ we just dropped. 50 can’t make that.”
