Two new Funko Pop! figures of AC/DC guitarist Angus Young are on the way.
The more expensive of the two comes via the Pop! Moments line and includes an AC/DC stage display. Capturing Angus’ onstage persona in Funko form, the figurine sees the guitarist in his iconic school boy outfit and posed in his signature duck walk. Standing 6.4-inches tall, the set retails for $34.99.
Meanwhile, another standalone Angus was also unveiled as part of the standard Pop! figurine line. This one sees Angus pointing toward the crowd with aggressive expression, though its his alternate green outfit and hat that make this one special. It stands 4.05-inches tall and comes in at $12.99 retail.
Both of the new Angus figurines are available for pre-order via Amazon, with a release date listed as November 15th. That now makes for three Angus Funko Pop! figures to add to your collection, as one of the AC/DC axeslinger in a black schoolboy outfit and red Gibson SG-like guitar is currently available.
The new Funko reveal comes amidst AC/DC’s ongoing UK/European tour, the band’s first outing in eight years (get tickets here). In other news, the band was recently honored with its first Diamond-certified song, “Thunderstruck,” for shifting 10 million equivalent units per the RIAA.
