Academy Of Country Music Awards Name Lainey Wilson Entertainer Of The Year – Full Winners List
It was a big night for Lainey Wilson at the ACM Awards. She opened the show with a bang and then capped her evening by winning the coveted “Entertainer of the Year” award.
Wilson opened the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards with a cover of Little Texas’s 1993 hit, God Blessed Texas, along with her own Hang Tight Honey.

The singer was up for four awards this year and won three. It continues her hot hand at the ACMs. In 2023, she was the most-nominated artist and took home the most trophies.

Reba McEntire hosted this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards, airing live on Prime Video from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas
Entering the show, Luke Combs was the top nominee with eight selections, with Megan Moroney and Morgan Wallen each having six.
The biggest category, Entertainer of the Year, had Wallen, Combs, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson vying for the title.
Performers on the night included Brown, Jelly Roll, Johnson, McEntire, Wilson, Post Malone, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan, Nate Smith and Avril Lavigne, Parker McCollum, Jason Alden, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett.
