Adele Is Creating an Unconventional Type of ‘Nursery’ in Her $58 Million Home, Sources Allege
It’s been reported time and time again that Adele and her beau, Rich Paul, want to have a child together once she finishes her Las Vegas residency. Along with working till she takes her hiatus, they’re currently renovating their $58 million home to be the best place ever for them, her son Angelo, a potential new baby, and, apparently for a bunch of foster animals.
While insiders allege that Adele and Paul are thinking about a nursery for a baby, Adele is allegedly planning a nursery for the foster pets and pets they’ll be getting, per insiders who spilled the beans to Life and Style Magazine.

“Adele has always been an animal lover,” they said. “At the moment, she’s got two dogs and a cat but she does want to get more animals eventually.”
Now, they also talked about how she hinted at a pet nursery back in Oct 2024 during a show, when she said: “I’m absolutely going to become an emergency foster cat mum once I move into my new house…. I’ve created a room that my fiancée doesn’t even know exists and I’m going to have loads of crates built into the wall with all the supplies.”
Now, that wasn’t necessarily a joke.
“She was only half-joking when she said she wants to build a special room in her house as a cat nursery,” the insiders said, noting how “Rich is totally supportive. [Paul] loves animals too and anything that makes Adele happy, makes him happy.”
For those who don’t know, Adele and her ex, Simon Konecki, were together from 2011 until 2021. In 2012, they welcomed a son named Angelo, and as of 2024, they share joint legal and physical custody of him. Adele is now engaged to Rich Paul, who she’s been with since 2021. (And they’re allegedly thinking about having a baby together!)
In a previous interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Adele talked about how she tries hard to balance being an adult and motherhood.
“Also, you realize how hard adulting is. So on top of them being your mum, they’re also going through their own shit. I struggle not to show my emotions to Angelo with other things I’m going through,” she said. “And I think that’s OK. Sometimes I wish I could hide it a bit less. But also, it’s not easy being an adult for anybody, in any situation.”
