Adorable 'panda puppy' gets deal on 'Shark Tank'
On Shark Tank, Huxley the panda puppy helped his owner, Eugenia Chen, make a deal. After a video of Huxley in a panda costume went viral, Chen decided to begin selling dog costumes on her website, Pandaloon, but she needed the help of the sharks to grow her business.
The sharks were in good spirits after Chen showed them a video of Huxley, making all of them all laugh. But the video of Huxley wasn’t enough for Daymond. He wanted to see the pup in one of the other costumes — in this case, the bunny costume.
Despite how much the judges all laughed, things weren’t looking good for Chen. Kevin O’Leary, Mr. Wonderful, was the first to drop out.
“I have to be honest with you, I’ve never really understood people that dress up rat dogs in outfits. It’s just bizarre,” O’Leary said.
Next came Mark, then Lori. But fortunately for Chen, Daymond and Spanx founder Sara Blakely both made offers. John’s offer, however, came with donations to animal charities, which sealed the deal.
Shark Tank airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on ABC. Watch clips and full episodes of Shark Tank for free on Yahoo View.
