After actress Josephine Langford and Outer Banks' Drew Starkey have boarded a new rom-com flick titled The Other Zoey.
Via Deadline, it's reported that cameras will begin shooting in North Carolina this month, with A Simple Wedding's Sara Zandieh on directing duties from a Matt Tabak script.

As for what we can expect, Langford portrays Zoey Miller, described as a bright college student who turns against traditional ideals of love and dating. However, she has her perspective on romance turned upside down when another student mistakes her for his girlfriend, who is also called Zoey.
Archie Renaux, who Shadow and Bone fans will recognise as Malyen 'Mal' Oretsev, is also part of the cast.

While we're on the topic, earlier this year Digital Spy ranked Shadow and Bone as Netflix's greatest fantasy series since The Witcher.
"While there's nothing in the first season that quite compares to Geralt's bathtub scene, Eric Heisserer's adaptation still manages to set itself apart by avoiding typical fantasy trappings in favour of something more diverse and unique," read our four-star review.

"Everyone pictures books differently in their minds, so it can be hard to judge whether OG fans will appreciate the visuals of any given adaptation. In this case though, it's hard to imagine that anyone would be disappointed by the high production values on display here.
"Everything from the costumes to the special effects just screams money in ways that other fantasies haven't for a while now. It seems then that Netflix held some coins back and tossed them to Shadow and Bone."
Expect The Other Zoey to arrive in cinemas this time next year.
