Afua Hirsch And Peter Frankopan To Lead History Podcast
Afua Hirsch and Peter Frankopan have signed on to lead Legacy, a new podcast from Wondery and Goalhanger. The series aims to place historic global figures from the past under a contemporary spotlight to explore their lives from the perspective of now and ask the question: do they have the reputation they deserve? The series launches with a season on Napoleon Bonaparte. “We’re living in an age where perceived wisdom and ideas that have been handed down over generations are being debated in a new light and that is healthy,” said Hirsch. “I am excited to have these conversations with Peter as although we occupy different worlds we share a curiosity in unpicking conventional thinking and doing some thinking ourselves.”
