The Message
"If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, there have most definitely been days/months/weeks or even years where you find yourself struggling, and I just wanted to give everyone a reminder that it will end," Rainy wrote alongside a photo with an inspirational message.
She continued:
"It may not feel like it now, and you will have to reach out for help sometimes, and you’ll have to cry sometimes, and it might come back sooner than you would prefer. But it does end, and life does become more bearable, I promise."
The 16-year-old reality star let fans know, "You’re not alone. You are loved. And you are worthy of goodness."
As for her suggestions on heading down a healthy path, Rainy explains, "Forgive others, and forgive yourself. Be unapologetically kind. And most of all trust God and never loose [sic] sight of your values. Learning these things takes time. So be patient with yourself on your journey, and expect some bumps in the road."
Sage Advice
It's not the first time Rainy has offered up helpful advice to those struggling with mental health.
Last month, she sent out a message of prayer and strength on social media:
"Lord, please grant bravery to the scared, peace to the anxious, love to the unloved, warmth to the cold, light to those that are lost in darkness, and your grace to all. Amen. God bless us all."
Family Troubles
Rainy has been dealing with the ups and downs of her "Alaskan Bush People" family recently, and it seems like her advice is also helping to deal with her own issues.
As we reported, the patriarch of the Brown family, Billy, remains hospitalized in Washington while recovering from an illness after her mother, Ami, dealt with her own health scare.
The Wolfpack Sticks Together
Rainy has also been a pillar of strength for her brother, Bear Brown, while he balances a fragile relationship with future baby mama, Raiven Adams.
The relationship between Rainy and Raiven seems strong, as the star recently trusted his brother's girlfriend with watching her beloved dog, Jakson Maine.
