Alec Baldwin plays Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as 'SNL' mocks Trump Cabinet picks

With new Trump Cabinet picks come new "Saturday Night Live" impressions.
The NBC show's latest cold open spoofed President-elect Donald Trump's recent series of Cabinet selections, with Alec Baldwin debuting an impersonation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and cast member Sarah Sherman playing former U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz.
The sketch centered on President Biden's (Dana Carvey) transition meeting with the incoming president in the Oval Office. "Instead of being rude and crazy like usual, I'm doing quiet and serene, which in many ways is a lot scarier," James Austin Johnson's Trump said.
After reporters were pushed out of the room, "SNL" imagined that Trump and Biden found common ground in realizing they both actually hate the White House. Trump said he has been picking "some of the most dynamic, free-thinking, animal-killing, sexually criminal, medically crazy people" to serve in his Cabinet.

"We've got Elon (Musk) and Matt Gaetz. That's an 'Alien vs. Predator.' We've got Kristi Noem and RFK Jr. They're killing the dogs, they're killing the bears! And Melania will be working remotely from divorce."
Sherman soon entered as Gaetz, Trump's surprise pick for attorney general who has been facing a House ethics investigation into alleged sexual misconduct. The impersonation channeled perverted sex addict Quagmire from "Family Guy" as Sherman's Gaetz greeted Trump with a "giggity giggity."
"Of course, I had to resign from Congress because the confirmation process comes at the busiest time of year for me: girls volleyball season," Sherman's Gaetz said, eliciting groans from the studio audience.
Baldwin entered next and unveiled his impression of Kennedy, Trump's pick for secretary of Health and Human Services. This was the "30 Rock" star's latest return to "SNL" after he starred as Fox News anchor Bret Baier in an October sketch. He previously played Trump on the show and won an Emmy for the role.
"Americans need someone to teach them how to be healthy, someone like me: a 70-year-old man with movie-star looks and a worm in his brain," Baldwin's Kennedy said. Later, he said, "I care deeply about a woman's right to choose: to choose to give her child polio."
"All right, I've got to go. I've got a dead dolphin in my car. I think I might saw it in half and dump it in Central Park," Baldwin's Kennedy said before exiting, a reference to the former independent presidential candidate admitting he dumped a dead bear in Central Park in 2014.
Charli XCX sings 'Hot to Go' spoof in sequel to viral 'Domingo' sketch
Charli XCX performed double duties as host and musical guest for the episode, which also featured a sequel to Ariana Grande's "Domingo" sketch that went viral last month.
Viral 'SNL' Domingo skit: Sabrina Carpenter gives it her approval
The premise was once again that a group of women sing a song parody that increasingly suggests their friend cheated on her husband with a man named Domingo.
In this case, it was a spoof of Chappell Roan's "Hot to Go" that the women sing at a baby shower to describe taking their friend Kelsey (Chloe Fineman) on a "babymoon" girls' trip.
"D-O-M-I-N-G-O, Kelsey's texting Domingo!" the song went. "Thought that she forgot this dude. She's sending him her pregnant nudes."
The original sketch spoofed Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso," and as it went viral on TikTok last month, the singer responded by posting on Instagram, "Very nice and on pitch."
In her opening monologue, Charli XCX introduced herself as the singer behind the hit album "Brat," which sparked a flood of "Brat summer" memes this year.
"For those of you who recognize me, you might know me from my album 'Brat.' But don't worry if you don't," she told the audience. "There is nothing wrong with being straight."
"SNL" will be back on Dec. 7 with host Paul Mescal and musical guest Shaboozey.
