'American Ninja Warrior': Watch Kacy Catanzaro tackle the salmon ladder again

Kacy Catanzaro — the 5-foot gymnast who became the first woman in 2014 to qualify for the finals of American Ninja Warrior — is returning to the course Sunday for a first-ever all-star special.

Hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila have each selected their own teams comprised of five competitors, including one rookie and one female competitor, to go head-to-head for the championship trophy. The special will feature five “supersized” skills and obstacles competitions like a giant peg board, the Flying Shelf Grab, a Jump Hang and, naturally, the 40-foot Salmon Ladder.

Call us crazy, but it looks like Mighty Kacy has it in the bag again.

The special airs May 29, from 9 to 11 p.m. ET. on NBC.
