'Best Husband Ever!' Nick Jonas Surprises 'Wifey' Priyanka Chopra with Nearly $200,000 Car
Nick Jonas is cruisin’ for a smoochin’ with Priyanka Chopra.
The “Sucker” crooner gifted his wife a sweet new ride in celebration of the recently reunited Jonas Brothers‘ hit single going No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week dated March 16 — the band’s first-ever Billboard topper.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Chopra shared a two-photo set of the spouses posing in front of her shiny new black Mercedes-Maybach. (The S 650 Sedan version of the luxury car retails for $199,900.)
Chopra holds a wine flute in one hand and her pup in the other arm while Nick, 26, wearing a Baracuta bomber and holding the bottle of champagne and smiles at the camera. In another photo, the couple lean in for a romantic kiss.
“When the hubby goes number one … the wifey gets a @maybach!” Chopra, 36, captioned the post. “Introducing … Extra Chopra Jonas … haha … I love you baby! Yaaay! Best husband ever … @nickjonas 😍??💋”
The youngest of the musical trio, Nick was the second to get married after older brother Kevin Jonas. The second oldest sibling, Joe Jonas, is currently engaged to actress Sophie Turner and planning a summer 2019 wedding.
And though Nick is obviously not hesitant to splurge, he does know when to draw the line!
“Was there a point during your many weddings that you thought, ‘I’m done with these weddings?’ ” James Corden asked him during a Carpool Karaoke segment last week, while the brothers were hooked up to a lie detector.
After sitting silently for a moment with his eyes closed, Nick took a deep breath and quietly admitted, “Yes” — and once it was determined that he told the truth, Nick giggled and hilariously added, “It was when I looked at the bill!”

Alongside Turner and Kevin’s wife Danielle Jonas, Chopra starred in the music video for “Sucker,” which the brothers released late last month and marked their first single in almost six years.
In the pop song about being head-over-heels in their relationships, they sing, “I’m a sucker for you/Say the word and I’ll go anywhere blindly/Any road you take you know that you’ll find me” and “You’re making the typical me/Break my typical rules” to their respective wives and fiancée.
Throughout the video, each couple gets their chance to shine — and share some PDA — before they all come together as a group and pose while an artist paints their portrait.
