Jenn got engaged to Devin Strader at the end of season 21 of The Bachelorette. The final rose ceremony was filmed in Hawaii in the middle of May 2024. However, since Jenn’s season didn't premiere until July 8, 2024, she and Devin had to keep their romance under wraps for several weeks until the season concluded on September 3, 2024.

Before fans could watch Jenn and Devin propose to each other, she revealed that they called it quits two months after their engagement. “It’s been a really horrid couple of months. We had left Hawaii engaged,” she told host Jesse Palmer during the After the Final Rose special. "I promised my life to somebody who I thought was going to put every effort into the relationship. I didn’t feel that. I felt like I was secondary to everything in his life," she continued through tears.
"He wasn’t introducing me to his family anymore," Jenn added. "Every little thing made me feel secondary to his life and I didn’t understand why."
After Jenn shared her side of the story, she called out Devin for following her former Bachelor costar Maria Georgas on social media and going out to the club in New York City after their split.
Devin later took “accountability” for his “shortcomings” when it came to their relationship. However, Jenn insisted he was “never fully in the relationship” and claimed that he never saw a future with her.
