Perry became a teen idol after playing Dylan McKay for the better part of a decade during the show's run and also gained some recognition from his part in the (now cult classic) Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie in 1992. After 90210 ended, Perry went on to other television roles, including HBO's Oz and John from Cincinnati, before landing the part of Fred Andrews, Archie's father, on the CW series Riverdale in 2017. In February 2019, Perry suffered a massive stroke at his Los Angeles home; he died March 4, leaving behind his two children and fiancée.

Additionally, Garth played Valerie Tyler on the sitcom What I Like About You opposite Amanda Bynes from 2002–2006. She later starred in her own reality show, Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country on CMT.

She played the part of witch Prue Halliwell for three seasons, before leaving in 2001. Doherty publicly fought breast cancer from her diagnosis in March of 2015 to her announcement that she was in remission in April 2017. The actress most recently appeared in a TV series remake of her iconic 1988 movie Heathers.
Snap/REX/Shutterstock; Jason Binn/WireImageFor nine seasons on Beverly Hills, 90210, Priestley played the upright and moralistic Brandon Walsh, who was always there to listen to the gang's problems. The role propelled him to teen heartthrob status and later allowed him to try out directing; he ended up directing 15 episodes. Since the Fox series, Priestly has appeared on many notable shows, such as What I Like About You (costar Jennie Garth's WB sitcom) and Without a Trace. In 2013, Priestley made his feature film directorial debut with independent road trip comedy Cas & Dylan, starring Richard Dreyfuss and Tatiana Maslany.
Spelling/Kobal/REX/Shutterstock; Ethan Miller/Getty ImagesSpelling played Donna, wealthy Beverly Hills-ite and best friend of Kelly Taylor, on the Fox teen drama. Though introduced in a supporting role, Spelling's Donna moved into main character position with her own story lines as the series progressed. Since the show's end, the actress has appeared in multiple made-for-television holiday movies, including A Carol Christmas in 2003 and The Mistle-Tones in 2012. Spelling reprised her role as Donna in Beverly Hills, 90210's spin-off, 90210, in 2009. She and husband Dean McDermott also starred in their own Oxygen reality series from 2007-2012. More recently she had a supporting role in 2018's The Last Sharknado: It's About Time and appeared on the first season of Fox's The Masked Singer.

Since then, he's probably best known for playing Fin Shepard in the Sharknado franchise alongside Tara Reid. The actor has also enjoyed stints on many reality shows, including Dancing with the Stars in 2007. Speaking of dancing, Ziering performed with Chippendales as a celebrity guest star for four weeks in Las Vegas.
Snap/REX/Shutterstock; Desiree Navarro/WireImageAfter playing shy Andrea Zuckerman on the show for the first five seasons (and reappearing for guest spots in later episodes), Carteris enjoyed bountiful acting and voiceover roles in television and film — she also had her own syndicated talk show, which aired from 1995-1996 — though her main focus has been her activism in Hollywood, advocating against ageism in the industry. She has served as SAG-AFTRA president since April 2016.
Moviestore/REX/Shutterstock; Rob Latour/REX/ShutterstockGreen portrayed wanna-be cool kid David Silver on the Fox teen drama, but after the show wrapped he tried his hand at sci-fi as a regular on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, before settling into comedy with stints on sitcoms Freddie, Wedding Band, and Anger Management. Green’s latest project was a direct-to-streaming action film with Danny Trejo.
Snap/REX/Shutterstock; Brian Gove/WireImageThiessen joined Beverly Hills, 90210 in season 5, playing the emotionally unstable Valerie Malone. Though undoubtedly most famous for her role as Kelly Kapowski on Saved By The Bell (a part she played prior to 90210), she has also been part of shows such as Two Guys and a Girl and Fastlane. From 2015-2017, Thiessen hosted her own show on Cooking Channel, Dinner at Tiffani's. She can currently be seen as Lori Mendoza on the Netflix sitcom Alexa & Katie.
Moviestore/REX/Shutterstock; Astrid Stawiarz/Getty ImagesFor seasons 1 to 5, Potter was a regular on 90210, playing Brandon and Brenda's mom Cindy Walsh. When her onscreen husband was offered a promotion in Hong Kong, both Potter and James Eckhouse, who played Jim Walsh, enjoyed a special guest status on the show. Since then, Potter has played Joan Cummings on NBC's Sunset Beach and has guest starred on numerous shows including NYPD Blue, JAG, Crossing Jordan, and Providence.

He also gave directing a go on the series, helming three episodes of the teen drama. Since Beverly Hills, 90210, Eckhouse has had small parts on shows such as The Affair, Station 19, and NCIS.
