Blac Chyna's lawyers respond after alleged sex tape surfaces
Blac Chyna‘s lawyers are speaking out in response to an alleged sex tape that has found its way online.
On Monday, a minute-long clip of the reality star purportedly performing oral sex on an unknown man surfaced. Her attorney, Walter Mosley, tells Yahoo, “It’s a police matter at this point. They will conduct an investigation and determine who is responsible.”

Lisa Bloom, who represented Chyna in her lawsuit against Rob Kardashian last year, has also spoken out.
Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse.
It’s also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual.
Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn.

Whether a woman knows she’s being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is.

In July 2017, Kardashian — who is not the man in question in the most recent video — posted explicit photos of his ex-fiancée on social media. Chyna was ultimately granted a temporary restraining order against him. They continue to co-parent their 1-year-old daughter, Dream.
“I was devastated, of course,” Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, told ABC News last year. “This is a person that I trusted. … I felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things.”
She added, “I was devastated, of course. I’m like, ‘How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?,’ And I’m like, ‘Wow, OK, like, this is a person that I trusted.’ I just felt … betrayed.”
Posting explicit images online without the consent of the person in the photo, aka “revenge porn,” is a crime in California. Chyna has yet to speak out about today’s incident.
