'Mork & Mindy' Reunion! First Look at Pam Dawber and Robin Williams on 'The Crazy Ones'
Mork and Mindy are back together again at last!
For the first time in over 30 years, Robin Williams and Pam Dawber are reuniting on-screen. The two actors became famous as the wacky alien from Ork and his sassy best friend on the 1978-82 sitcom "Mork & Mindy."

They’re teaming up again in Williams's new CBS comedy, “The Crazy Ones,” next Thursday. Dawber guest stars as Lily, a love interest for Simon (Williams). But their budding romance is tested when Simon becomes disillusioned after the breakup of Gordon (Brad Garrett) and his partner.
Dawber and Williams made a dynamic duo on "Mork & Mindy," but she wasn't always thrilled to play the straight man to his outrageous Mork; back in 1979, she told People magazine, "I'm not a comedienne; I'm an actress. Next to Robin, I felt boring."

But she got more comfortable once she gazed into Williams's baby blues: "All you have to do is look in his eyes. They're so clear, and he's so guileless. Little by little, he started letting me in. Once I saw how the chemistry worked on film, I relaxed a bit too."
Dawber followed up "Mork" with another sitcom, CBS's "My Sister Sam," which only lasted two seasons. Tragically, Dawber's "Sam" co-star Rebecca Schaeffer was shot dead by a demented fan in 1989, which reportedly devastated Dawber. She took a step back from Hollywood and concentrated on raising her family; she's been married to "NCIS" star Mark Harmon since 1987, and they have two sons together.
Now Dawber's ready to return to the small screen, and if these first photos from her "Crazy Ones" episode are any indication, she and Williams are having a lot of fun together. It’s clear they’ve still got that out-of-this-world chemistry that made “Mork & Mindy” so popular.
Watch for the reunion on Thursday, April 10 at 9:30 p.m. on CBS.
