Blown Away Fans Say Kelly Clarkson 'Never Ceases to Amaze' After Latest Kellyoke Cover
Kelly Clarkson continues to blow her fans away with her vocal range.
For her latest Kellyoke cover on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the very first American Idol winner took on "Nothing Matters" by The Last Dinner Party, of course with the help of her show band, My Band Y'all, who provided instrumentals and backup vocals.
To deliver the musical performance, Clarkson donned a white tweed mini dress with flesh-toned, pointed-toe pumps and pink glossy lipstick.
Video footage was shared via YouTube and Instagram, where fans couldn't help themselves from gushing over the "Since U Been Gone" singer's talent.
"F#5 IS DEFINITELY HER MONEY NOTE!! DANG KELLY!!!!!! the resonance was INSANE," one exclaimed in utter shock in the comments of the YouTube video, while another admitted, "i love an artist who always sings like the rent is due."
"When you run to the original just to see which version you like more Kelly has this fascinating talent for taking songs to new heights. She never ceases to amaze me," another wrote, confessing that Clarkson's version of the song inspired them to check out the original.
"Kelly's voice is sugar to my ears," someone else gushed.
Meanwhile, on Instagram, the compliments continued to roll in.
"Every song in the universe is phenomenal when Kelly sings it," one follower of the show's account shared, while another commenter, instead, shifted their attention to applaud the band: "Such a great arrangement.......the guitars and drum and keyboard are so perfect. And Kelly does her magic!"
"This is just getting ridiculous how good she is," someone else insisted.
The Kelly Clarkson Show—which won two more Daytime Emmy awards this year for lighting direction and outstanding live sound mixing and sound editing—airs weekdays on NBC.
