Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Announce Additional European Tour Dates
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have expanded their 2025 European tour, adding eight new shows to their previously-rescheduled dates in Marseille, Prague, and Milan. The trek will kick off May 17, 2025 in Manchester, England, and will include stops in cities in England, France, Germany, and Spain where the band hasn’t performed in recent years.
In May, Springsteen postponed several European tour dates at the last minute due to vocal issues, citing “doctor’s direction.” Springsteen and the E Street Band were scheduled to play at the Orange Vélodrome in Marseille, but had to pull the plug on the show, as well as upcoming concerts in Prague and Milan. “Following yesterday’s postponement in Marseille due to vocal issues, further examination and consulting has led doctors to determine that Bruce should not perform for the next ten days,” the band wrote on Instagram, adding, “New dates for these shows will be announced shortly.”

Springsteen recently shared a new trailer for his upcoming documentary, Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. The film, which premieres Oct. 25 on Hulu, is centered largely around Springsteen’s latest world tour, which he became determined to do during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the trailer, Springsteen makes the ultimate promise: “I plan on continuing until the wheels fall off, and for as long as the audience will follow me. It’s my job.”
