Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson And Sharelle Rosado Have Broken Up: “He Is A Free Man Ladies”
Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson and his fiancée, Sharelle Rosado, have split according to a X post on Saturday (Oct. 26).
The Selling Tampa star made the announcement that they are “no longer together,” and asked fans to stop “tagging” them in photos.
“Chad and I are no longer together please stop tagging us,” the real estate broker wrote. “He is a free man ladies.”
At the time, Johnson reposted Rosado’s statement online with a GIF from Arrested Development that showed the character George Michael (played by Michael Cera) walking with his head hanging low.
The realtor and the former NFL star got engaged in early 2023 after welcoming a 2-year-old daughter, Serenity, in January 2022.
“This was absolutely beautiful and to see my family and friends here to celebrate our love, that really did it for me,” Rosado told PEOPLE at the time. “He is definitely not a planner, so for him to pull this off for me is so amazing. Just the thought he put into this and having our family and friends here to witness says a lot.”
She added that their engagement was, “the next step of our beautiful journey together,” and the confirmation made her “so emotional” because when they “first started dating, he used to always tell me, ‘I’m going to make you my wife.'”
The couple went Instagram official in Nov. 2020 as Johnson posted the two of them with the caption: “The Jags may have lost the game today but my baby is leaving a Winner [heart emoji].”
