‘The Challenge All Stars: Rivals’ recap: Dario threatens to break Devin’s jaw as things heat up in ‘Tri-Rival Pursuit’
Tonight on The Challenge All Stars: Rivals — host TJ Lavin puts a Rivals spin on his favorite challenge of the season: trivia. Tempers flare between two Rival pairs when one challenger is caught supporting a strategy to throw his real-life bestie into the jungle for possible elimination. This episode titled "Tri-Rival Pursuit" aired Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.
This season, 26 All Star competitors return. As bad blood resurfaces for some, the Rivals quickly learn that to win their share of the $300,000 grand prize, they must be able to work together to survive.

The Challengers
Following last week's elimination of Aneesa and Ashley M., the Star-holders were Adam and Steve, Leroy and Devin, Dario and Ashley, and Turbo and Nany.
This episode started off peacefully, showing various challengers receiving video calls from loved ones at home. We then saw somewhat of a deep dive into the friendship between Leroy and Dario — which dates back years. Why would they talk about this now? Foreshadowing some upcoming drama or a potential elimination? Stay tuned.
The Daily Challenge
In "Sundae Funday," TJ asked the challengers a series of questions about how well they know their partner. For each incorrect answer, the pair had to add a special shot of nasty ingredients into a milkshake. The more answers they got wrong, the nastier the shake would become. At the end, the challengers raced to drink their milkshake the fastest. Mystery ingredients for each round included ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar, and durian juice.

Once the game of trivia was complete, each Rival pair sucked down their milkshake as quickly as possible. They went down fast, but after about 15 seconds several players began throwing up everywhere. TJ had to "go to the tapes" to figure out who actually won this contest. Narrowly defeating Leroy and Devin were Frank and Sam, a huge win for the struggling pair. Frank was fully prepared to get drunk with power and make a big move.
The Elimination Arena/The Jungle
As drinks were flowing, a plan was discussed to flip the game and throw Leroy and Devin into the jungle against Adam and Steve. Corey took that information back to Devin, who is shocked to hear Ashley and Dario were in on the plan — especially since Leroy and Dario are best friends. Leroy instantly thought it was a lie, so he confronted Dario.
Dario admitted to Devin and Leroy that if they were to knock out Adam and Steve, it would help his game. Leroy can't believe his ears. While Leroy is the friend who was betrayed, it's Devin who leans into the narrative that Dario is a traitor who can't be trusted. He continued to push that narrative until Dario finally snapped and threatened to break Devin's jaw. Leroy pulled Devin aside to avoid further drama.
Later, the house voted Adam and Steve into the Jungle for the fourth time. Next, Frank and Sam make good on their promise to make a big move, throwing Devin and Leroy in as well.
In "Over a Barrel," team members will hold onto a rope as they barrel-roll 18 barrels across the arena. Once their barrels have all been rolled into their proper section, they become a puzzle. Whichever team solves this puzzle first will stay in the game and protect their Star.
The Big Winners
For the fourth week in a row, Adam and Steve have prevailed in the jungle. At this rate, they're going to have to keep doing so until the finale, because nobody seems willing to vote anyone else in.
The Big Losers
Devin and Leroy didn't have what it takes to win in the jungle and became the fourth pair eliminated from this season of All Stars. It's sad to see Leroy lose his 15th Challenge. Devin takes the opportunity to ask Dario if it makes him "feel good," but Dario doesn't seem bothered.

The mystery of what happens to Devin and Leroy's Star will be solved. Meanwhile, Veronica decides to stir up some chaos in the house. But who will be eliminated? We'll find out March 5 on MTV.
