Chris Brown Sends Shots To Quavo On ’11:11 (Deluxe)’ Track “Freak”

Don’t let the pretty-bad-boy-R&B singer image fool you — Chris Brown is with all the smoke.

At midnight (April 11), Breezy dropped the deluxe version of his eleventh studio album 11:11 where he debuted 13 new tracks. Of the latter, the song “Freak” is standing out to fans – not only for its “Air Force Ones” sample and musical assistance from Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas and Tee Grizzley — because it takes a clear shot at Quavo.

The track overall hears the 6’1″ musical giant seamlessly get into his rapper bag — and when CB does that, it’s easy to forget that he’s a true R&B heartthrob.

Besides the point that the track is actually a club banger, the diss line in question goes: “F**king my old bi**es ain’t gone make us equal/ Sipping that 1942 cause I don’t do no Cuevo [Quavo]/ Freak bi**h she like Casamigos, not the Migos.”

Listen below.

Chris Brown’s shot at Quavo comes as no surprise, as the two have had some sort of tension stemming from the Migos rapper dating Karrueche Tran after Brown. Allegedly, Qua may have “betrayed” CB in some way by not being upfront about starting a romance with the model and actress.

Earlier this year, the “Sensational” crooner was seated next to Quavo at a Rhude fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, which of course, opened old wounds.

In a clip, the two could be seen sitting in the front row and having no sort of interaction or engagement with one another. However, Breezy took to social media to write, “Can’t pick who u sit by. F**k all that growth sh*t. Ni**a not finna fumble my bag for little ni**as.”

Besides a shoving and shouting match that took place between Brown’s entourage and Quavo’s back in 2017, the two haven’t actually gotten physical. Many thought CB called it truce in 2021 when he challenged the “Turn Yo Clic Up” rapper and Jack Harlow to a two-on-two basketball game.

“They knew who not to ask for on that 2 on 2 basketball,” Brown posted. “I would’ve cooked Quavo and Jack! On my soul! Guess they wanted a smoke free zone.”

In response, Quavo accepted the offer as, he too, is an MVP celebrity basketball player like Brown.

“Chris Brown ain’t cookin’ nan,” he responded on his IG Story at the time. “Call next ni**a!!”

Brown replied, “It ain’t no next. I’m on now. Set it up lil ni**a. U know dis work different. Me and @AustinMcBroom vs the Lil Boys.”
