Chris Hemsworth Posts Birthday Tribute to ‘Gorgeous’ Wife Elsa Pataky
The Marvel star shared a series of adorable and funny Instagram photos of his wife in honor of her 48th birthday
Chris Hemsworth is celebrating wife Elsa Pataky on her 48th birthday!
On Thursday, July 18, Hemsworth, 40, posted four adorable and funny snaps on Instagram to mark the special occasion.
"Happy birthday to this gorgeous lady ????@elsapataky," the MCU star wrote in the caption.
The first photo showed the couple on the set of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga costars, with Pataky posing as one of her two characters, Mr. Norton. She also starred as Vuvalini General. In the snap, Hemsworth embraced his wife, grinning a big smile as he wore his warlord Dementus costume in the Australian outback.
In another photo, the couple enjoyed dinner with their three children: daughter India Rose, 12, and 10-year-old twin boys Sasha and Tristan.
Hemsworth also added a photo of Pataky sweetly smiling surrounded by rocks and shells.

Hemsworth rounded out the post with one more photo of him and Pataky on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder. Pataky posed as Wolf Woman and Hemsworth as the “God of Thunder.” Along with starring in Thor: Love and Thunder, Pataky also appeared in Thor: Ragnarok as Sakaaran Nurse.
Hemsworth told PEOPLE in early May that when the couple work together, “it’s just like date night,” adding, "I love it. I love spending time with her...especially in a creative space.

More recently, at Hemsworth’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Ceremony in late May, he thanked his wife for all of her support.
"I want to say thank you to my beautiful wife, who has been here for my entire career basically by my side, endlessly encouraging and supportive," he said. "And it doesn't get lost on me that she put aside her own dreams in order to support mine and, again, [I am] forever in your debt."
"The fact [is] that nothing that I do, any of these moments, these special occasions and events, none of it is special without you by my side. I love you," he added.

Hemsworth and the Spanish actress first met in 2010, and tied the knot within months. The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter India, in 2012, and then welcomed twin sons Tristan and Sasha, in 2014.
