Chris Olsen Promises Laughter and Chaos on Variety Show Tour With Meghan Trainor’s Brother Ryan
After opening for Meghan Trainor on her Timeless tour all summer, Chris Olsen and Ryan Trainor are ready for their headlining slot! During Meghan’s show in Los Angeles Saturday night, the bestie pair announced that they’ll be embarking on their own Club Chris Tour in 2025. Rolling Stone can unveil the tour dates exclusively.
“The Timeless Tour changed my LIFE, and I can’t wait to continue the fun with the Club Chris Tour!” Olsen tells Rolling Stone. “I’m so excited to share this new show with everyone — it’s the perfect mix of everything that people have loved from me in my content and on the stage: music, laughter, and of course, some chaos.”

The Club Chris tour will kick off on March 6 in Maryland before making its way to Philly, Boston, New York, and Atlanta. The pair will close the run with three shows in California, including stops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Anaheim.
“This show is all about bringing people together and dancing the night away!” Ryan tells Rolling Stone. “Whether it’s through music, comedy, or karaoke, we’re here to give fans an electric night full of the best vibes and pop music!”
When fans found out that Chris and Ryan — who joke they’re the paid bestie and nepo-sibling — were opening the Timeless tour, many were confused with what the two would be doing onstage. However, throughout Meghan’s sold-out run, which included a stop at MSG, videos of Olsen’s stand-up set and silly karaoke have gone viral time and again on TikTok.
Club Chris is set to take that opening slot to the next level with a “90-minute, laugh-out-loud variety show” featuring musical theater performances from Chris and karaoke singalongs with the audience. “It’s an unmissable blend of talent, humor, and interactive fun that will leave audiences buzzing long after the show ends,” reads a press release about the run.
Chris Olsen has long built his following on TikTok with his silly videos, with Rolling Stone declaring him the “Music World’s Favorite TikTok Personality.” Ryan, for his part, co-hosts the Workin On It podcast with Meghan and co-writes some of her music, including tracks such as “Love on Hold” with T. Pain, “Forget How to Love,” and “Dion It All for You” from her newest album.
Tickets for Club Chris go on sale to the general public on Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. local time, although some fans will have access to a presale starting at 10 a.m. on Oct. 21.
