Tyla at the 2024 BET Awards
Grammy-winning artist Tyla fashioned her take on the cutout trend at the 2024 BET Awards last June. The singer and 2024 Met Gala showstopper wore a dress from Versace’s archive — a selection from the fall 2004 ready-to-wear collection. The dress featured rhinestone detailing on the neckline and bodice, as well as two cutouts on the bodice of the dress. Tyla accessorized with Jared Atelier jewelry. Her look was curated by stylist Katie Qian.
Olivia Cooke at the “House of the Dragon” New York City Premiere
For the “House of the Dragon” season two premiere in New York City, actress Cooke opted for a gown from Loewe’s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The sleeveless gown featured dramatic cutouts and a statement black belt at the waist. The blue dress perfectly merged fantasy inspiration with elegant, red carpet attire.
Lourdes Leon at the Marc Jacobs Fall 2024 Runway Show
Model Lourdes Leon wholly embraced the cutout trend at the Marc Jacobs fall 2024 runway show in New York on July 1. Leon’s look featured a cutout minidress with netted panels for an edgy spin on the trend. She accessorized with large hoop earrings, layered necklaces and a tank watch. Madonna’s daughter completed the ensemble with crystallized open-toe heels and a top-handle purse.
Amandla Stenberg at “The Acolyte” Los Angeles Premiere
For the Los Angeles premiere of the new “Star Wars” series “The Acolyte,” Amandla Stenberg opted for a look from Oude Waag‘s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection. While the ensemble featured quite a bit of fabric draping the look also included a bold cutout on the bodice of the dress.
Lindsey Vonn at the 2024 ESPY Awards
Lindsey Vonn married two trending styles at the 2024 ESPY Awards on July 11. The Olympic gold medalist fashioned a bold yellow dress with a thigh-high slit and major cutout on the side of the bodice. The Rick Owens dress also featured one long sleeve and a flowing train.
