Days of our Lives Spoilers August 23: Abigail Remembers… Or Does She?

Does she really remember?
Does she really remember?

Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, August 23, offer Chad hope when Abigail comes up with a memory. But is she playing them all for fools?

DNA Doesn’t Lie (Actually, It Does)

A DNA test proved that the mysterious Jane Doe is Jack’s (Matthew Ashford) daughter. Note that it didn’t say she was Abigail (AnnaLynn McCord — here’s what you need to know), just that she was Jack’s daughter. And we know he has more than one. Why not more than two?

Did they test her against Jennifer (Cady McClain), who is less likely to have children she doesn’t know about? (Not impossible. It’s Salem. Just less likely.) Did they test her against Thomas (Christopher Cady) or Charlotte? Nope. Chad (Billy Flynn) thinks he has his wife back. And that she’ll remember who she is at any minute. So when she does, he feels validated. We, meanwhile, want to know who “Abigail” called when she announced everything was going according to plan. Yeah. We remember that.

Shoulder To Whine On

Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) told baby Victoria she hoped no one would figure out that she had run Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) down. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), meanwhile, is convinced that Brady (Eric Martsolf) did it and that she can use it against him.

So Brady and Fiona share their troubles. At the same time, each has a secret agenda. On the other hand, Xander (Paul Telfer) has no clue who paralyzed his wife. All he knows is that he wants Jada (Elia Cantu) to find them and pay them. Because that will somehow help Sarah walk again?

Kid Stuff

Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) made Holly (Ashley Puzemis) feel bad about not having had sex with Tate (Leo Howard) yet. So, while Holly is feeling all inadequate, Sophia makes a play for her ex-BFF’s boyfriend. After all, Sophia’s parents don’t hate him. Which means their dating would be a whole lot easier. And a whole lot more fun.
