Doechii Blazes the Grammys 2025 Red Carpet in Head-to-Toe Thom Browne As She Wins the Best Rap Album Award
Doechii made a stunning appearance at the 2025 Grammy’s red carpet in a gray pin-striped sculpted gown layered over a white button-down shirt, complemented by a matching pin-striped tie and chunky platform ankle boots from Thom Browne.
Styled by Sam Woolf, the 26-year-old turned heads with a preppy outfit from the brand that included a grey striped off-the-shoulder form-fitting dress that featured a hippy design. Underneath her dress was a white button-up shirt also from the brand, in-which their logo could be seen on the armband. A matching grey striped necktie was the finisher on her ensemble, choosing a sleek, braided hairstyle and ‘90s style makeup to further compliment her overall look.

At the center of her fit were a pair of chunky leather Thom Browne boots. Boasting an all-black design, the shoes featured a platform design in the front that clocked in at roughly 1.5 inches. Reaching just slightly above her ankle, the boots were completed with an hourglass heel measuring between 3-to-4 inches in height.
When it comes to her style, Doechii has been seen in a wide range of sandals, loafers, pumps and platforms throughout the years. For example, the rapper attended the “Spotlight” event at the Grammy Museum in December wearing Chloe Gosselin’s “Lily” pumps, which are Mary-Jane-inspired shoes crafted in sheer mesh and satin that feature black velvet horizontal stripes along the vamp. A ruched band embellished with a subtle bow can also be found on the shoes, which are finished with a 4.3-inch stiletto heel.
The “What It Is” artist paired her shoes with a beige layered minidress from British-Nigerian designer Tolu Coker’s fall 2024 collection. Another example of Doechii’s elaborate shoe style is her appearance this past June at the BETX main stage at the BET Experience 2024 held in Los Angeles.For her performance, she was spotted in a pair of platform combat boots that included silver snap closures, black laces, shiny but distressed leather uppers and lofty platform soles to give her extra height.
The 2025 Grammy Awards are an annual ceremony that honors the best recordings, compositions, and artists from September 16, 2023, to August 30, 2024, as chosen by the members of the Recording Academy. Trevor Noah will be the host for the fifth consecutive year, and performers include Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Shaboozey and more.
