Donald Trump Launches Limited Edition ‘Fight’ Sneakers in Aftermath of Assassination Attempt

Donald Trump is back with another pair of custom sneakers for sale.

The former president and 2024 Republican presidential candidate this week launched the $299 “Fight Fight Fight” high-tops, making a clear reference to the July 13 assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pa.

The sneakers feature the now iconic image taken in the aftermath of the assassination attempt, with Trump’s raised fists in the air shouting the words “fight, fight, fight.” Only 5,000 pairs of the limited edition sneakers, which also feature an American flag, are available for purchase, with a limit of three pairs per customer. According to the website gettrumpsneakers.com, 10 pairs have been randomly autographed by the former president.

In February, Trump launched his first line of signature sneakers during Sneaker Con in Philadelphia. At the time, he posed with a pair of gold high-tops with a T engraved on the side and an American flag on the back of the upper. 1,000 pairs of the $399 “Never Surrender” kicks were available for pre-order and “at least 10” were autographed by Trump, the website said at the time. Two other styles, the “T-Red Wave” in red, and “Potus 45” in white were also available for pre-order.

According to shoe industry leaders, the sneaker launch represented an ironic move for the politician who, during his presidency, introduced the burdensome Section 301 tariffs on China that have had a direct negative impact on the footwear industry in the U.S. These tariffs have contributed to soaring footwear prices in the U.S. and have hurt American businesses and working class consumers.
