What do Hallmark movie and Taylor Swift song titles have in common? A lot, apparently. Just ask Jonathan Bennett, the host of Hallmark’s first reality TV series, Finding Mr. Christmas, and one of the network’s most famous hunks.

In honor of Bennett’s new TV series (which is available to stream on Hallmark Plus) and his lengthy career on the network, including movies like The Holiday Sitter and Christmas on Cherry Lane, Soaps.com put Bennett’s Hallmark knowledge to the test by giving him titles of either Hallmark movies or Taylor Swift songs and having him guess which is which. Let’s just say it was harder than you think. “A Hallmark title or a Taylor Swift song, both of them are equally amazing,” Bennett told Soaps.com after he incorrectly guessed one of his own Hallmark movies as a Swift song.
Bennett’s new Hallmark series, Finding Mr. Christmas, brings together 10 aspiring actors as they compete in a series of Christmas and Hallmark-related challenges until one is crowned the winner and the earns the title of Hallmark’s first, Mr. Christmas. The winner also earns a lead role in Hallmark‘s upcoming Happy Howlidays, co-starring network veteran Jessica Lowndes.
“To have the opportunity to become a Hallmark leading man was one of the greatest gifts of my entire life, and to work for that network and be able to do movies that people responded to and thought highly of is such a gift that you don’t get many times in your life,” Bennett told Soaps.com of the series. “I’m always thinking about, ‘How are we helping the people behind us?’ I have a seat at the holiday table at Hallmark, but how do I turn around, reach my hand out, and pull other people up with me. That’s why I wanted to do the show. When I saw all the 10 guys for the first time, to see that look in their eyes like, ‘I want to do this so bad,’ I looked at each one of them like, ‘I see you. I understand exactly what you’re feeling. Let me help you try to get there.’”
