‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ Adds Designers Wendell Holland & Arianne Bellizaire
EXCLUSIVE: Wendell Holland and Arianne Bellizaire are joining the reimagined edition of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition as designers.
The pair will help curate specific elements of each family’s home, working alongside hosts Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin and a team of builders and contractors from homebuilder Taylor Morrison.

Holland is the founder and chief designer at Beve Unlimited, a Philadelphia-based custom furniture company specializing in reclaimed wood. He also previously competed on Survivor and is the Season 36 champion. After Survivor, he took his passion for building to HGTV, where he has appeared on Smart Home 2022, Fix My Fail, Hometown Takeover, and Beach Cabana Royale. He also co-hosted Season 2 of Hot Mess House. Holland is a proud father of his son, Wennie, and he alsorecently finished building a boutique hotel in Old City, Philadelphia, called The Gas Lamp Hotel.
Based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Bellizaire is the CEO/Creative Director behind her eponymous design firm, Arianne Bellizaire Interiors. She has also lent her expertise in Architectural Digest, Forbes, and House Beautiful. She also sits on the High Point Market Authority Diversity Advocacy Alliance, the editorial advisory board of Kitchen and Bath Business Magazine, and the Design Influencer’s Conference advisory board.
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition returns to ABC in 2025, and episodes will stream next day on Hulu.
The series is produced by Endemol Shine North America and Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, which is a part of Candle Media, in association with Walt Disney Television Alternative. Shyam Balsé serves as showrunner and executive producer, alongside Sharon Levy and Michael Heyerman from Endemol Shine North America; Reese Witherspoon, Sara Rea and Cassie Lambert Scalettar from Hello Sunshine, and Molly Sims through her production banner, Something Happy Productions.
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition previously ran on ABC between 2004 and 2012 before being canceled. The Warner Bros. Discovery cable network aired one season of a reboot, hosted by Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, in 2020.
