Bunnie Xo is celebrating the success of her relationship with Jelly Roll down to the very second, and fans are positively gushing over "the sweetest couple on the planet" as they mark the momentous occasion.
The podcaster took to Instagram on Saturday, Aug. 31 to revel in her 8th anniversary with the "Son of a Sinner" singer—which is "officially the longest relationship [she's] ever been in"—sharing a series of photos of the two throughout their time together, including one from the start of their relationship in 2016.
"Thank you for cutting your fingers on all of my jagged edges. Without you, I wouldn’t be the woman I am today," she wrote. "People always talk about how much I’ve helped you, but I don’t think they realize it was an even trade."
She joked, "Not sure if we should congratulate you or be concerned that you’ve survived," before signing off with a sweet anniversary sentiment.
"I love you so much mama bear," the beloved country artist wrote in response. "We are only just beginning , 8 years ain’t nothing when you’re waiting on forever ."
He also took to his own account with a heartfelt tribute of his own to celebrate "8 years of marriage to [his] best friend."
"8 years of laughing til our stomach hurts , of late night tv shows and giggles , unconditional love and overcoming obstacles , pushing boundaries and pushing each other further and further towards our dreams . 8 years of building," he commemorated, before pointing out that the length of time is "a small candle compared to the forever that I know is OUR story."
"I cant let this post go by with our [sic] taking a second to praise and show you how proud of you I am," he added, hyping up the community she's created through social media and her podcast. "To see the way you inspire people especially other women makes my heart want to explode with joy."
He concluded, "Thank you for your consistency in my life . Thank you for your love and attention. Thank you for raising our daughter as your own," going on to "cheers to many many many more."
