Fans Declare Taylor Swift 'in a League Amongst Herself' as Swifties Swarm Hill Outside Munich Eras Tour Stadium

Taylor Swift fans in Munich, Germany, just took "Swiftmania" to a new level ahead of her first of two Eras Tour shows in the city.

On Saturday, July 27, Swifties swarmed a massive hill overlooking the Olympiastadion, presumably to claim a free "seat" for the show. The venue boasts seating for nearly 74,500 (not counting standing)—but with all the attendees sitting in the grass, the number of actual attendees skyrocketed.

One X user re-shared a photo of the crowd gathered high above the stadium, writing, "SWIFTMANIA HELLO… 70K ON THE STADIUM PLUS EVERYONE ON TOP OF THE HILL."

In the comments, fans fawned over the photo of the massive crowd on the hill. One person wrote, "this is such an amazing view omgg."

Someone else declared, "That hill is a swiftie," while another commented, "taylor gonna be like 'hi hello up there.'"

"That is actually wild, free concert on the hill? Sign me up!" a different Swifie exclaimed.

Meanwhile, one X user wondered, "Isn't that kind of a security risk for Taylor and the other performers?"

Yet another fan put the sheer amount of people in perspective, writing, "someone told me stadium capacity is about 80 to 90k with pit with outside crowd its almost like more than 120k+."

"That is going to be so much fun!!! I wish I was there," someone else commented.

By the time the concert started, the hill was even more packed.

In a video clip of the hill completely filled with Swifties, an X user exclaimed, "It's insane She's a music industry."

Another declared, "this is why Taylor Swift is in a league amongst herself & herself only."

Swift returns to the Olympiastadion on Sunday, July 28, before traveling to Warsaw for three shows on Aug. 1, 2 and 3. In December, the pop superstar will wrap up her wildly popular Eras Tour in Vancouver.
