Fans Spot Taylor Swift Wearing a Sweet Accessory That's a Subtle Nod to Boyfriend Travis Kelce

Ever since Taylor Swift made an appearance at the first Chiefs game of the season on Thursday, Swifties have been analyzing every aspect of the stylish outfit she was wearing for the occasion.

Swift, 34, showed up in an all-denim ensemble on Thursday, Sept. 5, to watch boyfriend Travis Kelce and the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Baltimore Ravens—but it was one of the accessories the singer was sporting that really got her fans talking.

After looking at close-up photos of the "Mastermind" singer from Thursday's game, fans on social media began quickly buzzing with excitement over the friendship bracelet spotted on Swift's arm, which read the words, "Tay Tay."

Coincidentally, Swift was spotted with the beaded bracelet on her arm just one day after Kelce, 34, revealed that "Tay Tay" is one of his affectionate nicknames for the pop star. (He is also known to refer to her as "Tay" and "Sweetie.")

The 3-time Super Bowl winner called Swift by the sweet pet name during a recent interview with Rich Eisen that premiered on Wednesday, Sept. 4. During the conversation, Kelce reflected on his visit to see Swift in London, when he made his Eras Tour debut by joining the performers on stage during the show.

"I’m always down to have some fun on stage with Tay Tay," Kelce said.

But aside from spotting the subtle nod to Kelce, Swifties also believe they saw another hidden message in her outfit for Thursday's game.

After the "Fortnight" songstress was spotted entering Arrowhead Stadium with a pair of thigh-high leather boots in her signature shade of red, fans were left reminded of "one thing and one thing only."

As several users later pointed out on social media, Swift's footwear for the game was strikingly similar to the boots she famously wore in the music video for her 2017 single, "Look What You Made Me Do."

"If you saw Taylor Swift's Chiefs game day opener outfit and immediately had deja vu, you are not alone," one fan said in a TikTok video on Thursday.

"Whether or not they are exactly the same," the creator of the video continued, adding, "they are certainly highly reminiscent of each other."

Fans immediately wondered if Swift was hinting at the next re-recorded album she'll be releasing, as fans have been hoping for months that Reputation (Taylor's Version) will be announced soon—though Swift, herself, has made no such announcement yet.
