Finally! 9-1-1: Lone Star’s Season 5 Premiere Date Revealed After 1-Year Hiatus

The wait for the new seasons of 9-1-1: Lone Star and other FOX favorites is almost over. On July 16, FOX unveiled their Fall 2024 schedule, becoming the fifth broadcast network to announce premiere dates for the 2024-2025 TV season.

The lineup features the long-awaited premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star‘s fifth season, which could potentially be its last, as well as the series premiere of Rescue: HI Surf. The upcoming drama stars 9-1-1 alum Arielle Kebbel, among others, and it follows the personal and professional lives of the heavy-water lifeguards who protect the North Shore of O’ahu — the most famous and dangerous stretch of coastline in the world. Starting on Sept. 23, the two shows will. be airing back to back on Monday nights.

Additionally, the crime procedural Murder in a Small Town will debut in late September, followed by the Season 2 premiere of Accused. The sophomore season of the anthology series will feature an entirely new cast, including Law & Order: SVU alum Danny Pino, former Grey’s Anatomy star Justin Chambers, Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Nick Cannon and more.

Fans can also look forward to new seasons of their unscripted series, including The Masked Singer, The Floor, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, Hell’s Kitchen and Crime Scene Kitchen.
Notably missing from the roster is Season 4 of The Cleaning Lady, which will be held until midseason along with the premiere of the new medical drama Doc. Family Guy, Animal Control and MasterChef won’t premiere until early 2025 as well.
