Take a look at the first image released for upcoming Game of Thrones spinoff series, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight.
It shows lead star Peter Claffey as Ser Duncan the Tall, standing head and shoulders amongst a street rabble. He’s walking carefully through a slum, his hand poised on the hilt of his blade. Claffey is best-known for his role in comedy/drama Bad Sisters.
Sol Ansell plays his loyal squire, Egg, alongside newly confirmed cast additions which include True Detective's Finn Bennett as Aerion Targaryen, Fargo's Sam Spruell as Maekar Targaryen, The Crown's Bertie Carvel as Baelor Targaryen, Tiny Beautiful Things' Tanzyn Crawford as Tanselle, and Sex Education's Daniel Ings as Ser Lyonel Baratheon.

Set a century before Game of Thrones, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight follows two unlikely heroes - brave but naive knight Ser Duncan the Tall and his smart squire Egg - as they adventure across Westeros.
The show debuts late 2025 on HBO, with six episodes in total. It’s the second prequel spinoff for Game of Thrones, after House of the Dragon, season two of which is currently airing now.
