Get a First Look at Travis Scott’s Unreleased Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Shy Pink’ Collaboration
More from Footwear News
After images of an upcoming Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Velvet Brown” collaboration surfaced in June, a first look at another one of the Cactus Jack rapper’s unreleased pairs has hit the internet.
This time, the first look comes courtesy of Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, who recently held his annual white party in the Hamptons on July 4. In a video shared Friday to Rubin’s Instagram story, service industry entrepreneur Ronnie Prassas was spotted wearing the sneakers.
A speculative mock-up of the “Shy Pink” collaboration which was shared by leakers in May, and there are some clear differences on the actual sneaker. Unlike the white-and-tan upper of the rendering, the shoes instead feature white leather overlays with a pink suede material filling in the rest of the base. The tan shade (“Muslin” according to the official style code) appears on the shoelaces, Swoosh, and midsole.
In addition to the aforementioned “Velvet Brown” and “Shy Pink” colorways, a third Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low is expected during spring 2025 in a “Dark Pony” style. In-hand images of the third pair have yet to surface, but they should be available soon.
Travis Scott and Rubin’s connection goes beyond this latest leak. Ahead of Rubin’s white party on July 4, attendees were gifted customized pairs of all-white Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Lows. Only 350 pairs of the “White Party” style were produced and they each featured extra personalization by sneaker artist The Shoe Surgeon.
The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Shy Pink” is slated to release sometime during spring ’25 in men’s ($150), preschool ($80) and toddler ($65) sizing. The release window and retail pricing have not yet been confirmed by the brand.
