Fleshwater Announce 2024 Australian Tour
Fleshwater have announced a make-good headlining Australian tour for November 2024 – some seven months after they were originally supposed to tour. The American post-grunge/alternative rock outfit were supposed to be one of the marquee acts of the inaugural New Bloom Festival back in March, alongside fellow American acts such as Citizen, Movements and Touché Amoré. Just a week out, however, the band cancelled their appearance and their headlining shows due to illness.
Announcing the tour, the band offered a brief statement: “Lets try that again.” The upcoming November tour will officially mark Fleshwater’s debut shows in Australia, following the release of their critically-acclaimed 2022 debut album We’re Not Here To Be Loved. The full list of tour dates, as well as ticketing information, can be found below.

Since the release of We’re Not Here To Be Loved, Fleshwater have continued to tour extensively across North America. On Boxing Day 2023, the band released a compilation album entitled Sounds of Grieving. It featured three previously-unreleased songs, two new remixes and an acoustic version of their track ‘Closet’. Next February, the band will undertake a two-month US tour opening for Deftones, alongside the tour’s main support act The Mars Volta.
