Fourth Accuser Sues Sean “Diddy” Combs Over Sexual Assault Claim; Mogul Says “Enough Is Enough” in Denial
Another sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time by a woman who alleges she was “sex trafficked and gang raped” by the music mogul when she was 17 years old, in 2003.
The complaint, filed in New York federal court on Wednesday, marks the fourth suit filed against Combs in the past three weeks, during which he resigned as chairman of hip-hop TV network Revolt. It also names Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and alleges a third unnamed assailant.

In a statement, Combs denied the allegations and said: “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.
“For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” the mogul’s statement said. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”
According to the complaint, Combs, then 34 years old, convinced the woman suing as a Jane Doe to take his private jet from Detroit to New York City, where she was taken to his recording studio. There, she was “plied” with drugs and alcohol “to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone.
“While at the studio, Ms. Doe was gang raped by Mr. Combs, the Third Assailant and Mr. Pierre, in that order,” states the complaint, which includes pictures of the woman with Combs at the recording studio.
In November, Combs was sued by several women under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which revived the window to bring sexual misconduct claims for one year. He was among a several powerful men in the music industry, including music executive L.A. Reid; Neil Portnow, the former head of the organization behind the Grammy Awards; and Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, accused of sexual assault by victims filing suit.
Joi Dickerson-Neal, who briefly appeared in one of Combs’ music videos, claimed that he drugged and raped her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991. In another suit, a woman, also suing as a Jane Doe, accused him and R&B singer Aaron Hall of sexually assaulting her and a friend, as well as choking her until she passed out as he urged her not to report the incident several days later.
They were filed less than a week after Combs settled a suit brought by Cassie, an R&B singer once signed to his label, accusing him of raping and physically abusing her for nearly a decade.
While the suit brought on Wednesday was filed after the deadline to bring a claim under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, it only alleges a violation of the state’s gender-motivated violence law. Pierre didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
