Viola Davis fights terrorists in G20 trailer
Viola Davis can now add “Madam President” to her list of iconic film roles. The Oscar winner for Fences (supporting actress, 2016) plays the POTUS in the new action thriller G20. The plot follows President Taylor Sutton’s fight against terrorists who kidnap her family and take over the G20 summit of world leaders in Cape Town, South Africa.

Directed by Patricia Riggen, the big-budget flick also stars Anthony Anderson as the first gentleman, Marsai Martin as their daughter, Ramón Rodríguez as a secret service agent, and Antony Starr as a terrorist. G20 will bypass theaters, debuting exclusively on Prime Video on April 10. Watch the trailer:
How To Train Your Dragon releases live-action trailer
Fifteen years after Hiccup first befriended Toothless, a live-action remake of How to Train Your Dragon is flying into theaters on June 13. Dean DeBlois returns to direct this fourth version in the Dragon film universe, after the animated installments released in 2010, 2014, and 2019. The movies are based on the book series of the same name by Cressida Cowell.
In the live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon, Mason Thames stars as Hiccup, a young boy who defies centuries of traditional dragon-fighting rules when he befriends a Night Fury named Toothless. Gerard Butler reprises his role as Stoick, Hiccup’s father, from the first three movies. This officially serves as DreamWorks Animation’s first live-action remake. Watch the trailer:
The Handmaid’s Tale announces date for final season
The Season 6 teaser has been unveiled for The Handmaid’s Tale (watch below), and it comes with a premiere date of April 8 for this highly anticipated final season. The first three episodes will stream on Hulu at once, with single episodes airing every Tuesday thereafter until the series finale on May 27.
“They believed that these garments that they put on our bodies told the world who we are,” says Elisabeth Moss‘ June/Offred in the 90-second promo video. “To mark us, they put us in red, the color of blood. They forgot that it’s also the color of rage. The dress became our uniform. And we became an army.”

Puppy Bowl XXI paws its way to record-breaking views
Fetch this! The 21st annual Puppy Bowl was watched by an impressive 12.8 million humans across multiple platforms on Super Bowl Sunday. Animal Planet, Discovery, TBS, and truTV were the top dogs that aired the adorable program, with Animal Planet also enjoying its best viewership numbers in four years.
Per Warner Bros. Discovery, “All linear networks exhibited double-digit ratings growth among adults 25-54, increasing 25 percent on Animal Planet, 36 percent on Discovery Channel, 31 percent on TBS, and 44 percent on truTV over last year’s telecast.” The puppy event took place before Super Bowl LIX. The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas Chiefs 40-22 in a telecast watched by a record 126 million average viewership.
