'Game of Thrones' star drops major clues about the final season
It’s been widely theorized by Game of Thrones fans that Bran Stark, or the Three-Eyed Raven, as he’s known in more recent seasons, is actually the Night King, the leader of the army of the dead on its way to kill every human in Westeros. But on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, Isaac Hempstead Wright, the actor who plays Bran, may have put that theory to rest.

When speaking about fan theories, Kimmel asked, “Do you think Bran is 100% good?”
“I don’t know,” Hempstead Wright answered, “I think he’s the Three-Eyed Raven who is definitely on the side of the living.”
The key part of that answer is “definitely on the side of the living.” If that’s the case, there is no way Bran can be the Night King. But when pressed to elaborate, Hempstead Wright attempted to walk it back, saying, “I can neither confirm nor deny.”
“Well I think you just confirmed that he’s not, right?” Kimmel responded.
But if Hempstead Wright debunked that theory, he may have just created a whole slew of new ones when he asked, “Who says the Night King’s dead?”
