General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 23 – September 27, 2024 tease things going awry after a week of missteps.

Episode 15551 AIR DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2024
Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) argued over their mother while Sam (Lindsay Hartley) visited Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at the PCPD. Later, a detective informed her that her vehicle was seen at the Quartermaine Mansion the night of the murder. When Sonny (Maurice Benard) went to see Ava (Maura West), he finally came face-to-face with Ric (Rick Hearst) and the brothers had it out over Alexis and their daughters. Tracy (Jane Elliott) continued clashing with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) informed Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that his dad went to find Lucky (Jonathan Jackson), then overheard Sam tell Elizabeth that she worried Jason wouldn’t make it back, but he assured her he would. Cody (Josh Kelly) went to visit Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and introduced himself to Lulu.
Episode 15552 AIR DATE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2024
Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Stella (Vernee Watson) met for lunch and Stella convinced Trina to try going back to school. Nina (Cynthia Watros) asked Sasha to cater a campaign event for Drew (Cameron Mathison), who walked up shirtless on Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) doing yoga and the two got distracted. Later, Willow admitted everything to Sasha. Kristina visited Alexis at the PCPD before the bail hearing and admitted she went to the Q Mansion the night of the murder, while Sam questioned Michael (Chad Duell) about what he knew about Kristina and Molly asked Sonny not to show up at the hearing. A federal agent challenged Alexis at the hearing and the judge wound up denying bail, forcing Alexis to remain in Pentonville until her trial.
Episode 15553 AIR DATE: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2024
Ric visited Heather (Alley Mills) and told her that her blood test revealed the Cobalt in her system hadn’t changed, meaning she committed all her crimes regardless of the Cobalt poisoning. Later, he got the results of a different blood test and Elizabeth told him that the results from GH showed a much higher level of Cobalt in Heather’s system compared to the other results. Alexis was transferred to Pentonville and wound up with Heather as a cellmate. Natalia (Eva LaRue) caught up with Sonny, and later, he hired Martin (Michael E. Knight, who returned to GH) to defend Alexis. Sam brought Kristina to GH and she met with Felicia (Kristina Wagner) to get bereavement help.
Episode 15554 AIR DATE: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2024
Anna and Jason arrived at a casino in Somalia and spotted Sidwell (Carlo Rota, who delved into his daytime debut) with Holly (Emma Samms). Anna managed to snatch Sidwell’s phone while Jason played poker with him, but Holly caught Anna. Dante introduced himself to to Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) before informing Rocco (Finn Francis Carr) that things have changed with his mom and Rocco finally got to visit her at GH. Ric and Elizabeth had dinner at Bobbie’s while Gio (Giovanni Mazza) apologized to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) for telling him about her mom and Sonny. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) visited Lulu and then met Isaiah, but Jordan (Tanisha Harper) barged in and kicked him out before explaining to Isaiah who Cyrus truly is.

At The Savoy, Nina convinced Drew to focus on his campaign and hand over Aurora, so Drew chose Curtis (Donnell Turner) as acting CEO. Nina assumed he would’ve chosen Michael, also at The Savoy with Willow, who panicked when she saw Drew there. Ned (Wally Kurth) called Lois (Rena Sofer) out on her new voice and Gio overhead and defended his aunt. In Somalia, Anna convinced Holly to help her and Jason, but someone overheard and told Sidwell, who’s ready to take them all down once they all get to his compound. After Lucky was beaten and thrown in a cell, he imagined talking to Elizabeth before deciding he needed to break free for his family.

Coming up in Port Charles, things in Somalia will come to a dangerous end, while the lawyers are at it as Molly meets with Martin and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) gets romantic.
