Rock and soul powerhouse Tedeschi Trucks Band will perform with a chance of showers in the forecast at the Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Art Center at 7 p.m. on Aug. 16.
The 12-piece band, led by guitarist Derek Trucks and singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi, blends rock, blues, jazz and country. Founded in 2010, the group has played a sold-out Madison Square Garden last year.

The National Weather Service in Buffalo forecast for Canandaigua on Friday calls for a high around 85 degrees. By concert time, the temperature should be around 82 degrees and dropping, with increasing clouds and chance of precipitation later into the evening.

The AccuWeather hourly forecast for Canandaigua on Aug. 16 predicts temperatures in the mid to lower 80s and cloudy conditions when the gates open at 5:30 p.m. When the 7 p.m. concert time arrives, it should be about 80 degrees with the same conditions, though the chance for precipitation increases by 8 p.m., with possible thunderstorms entering the area by 10 p.m. and temperatures in the low 70s.

Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center is the official name of the Canandaigua area's outdoor concert venue, but it is known more commonly as CMAC. The venue is on the Finger Lakes Community College campus, 3355 Marvin Sands Drive.
