Halle Berry Commands Attention in Mirrored Christian Siriano Dress on 2025 Oscars Red Carpet
Halle Berry brought a bevy of sparkle to the red carpet in a metallic gown at the 2025 Oscars on Sunday in Los Angeles. Berry is a presenter for the Academy Awards, having won an Oscar herself for best actress in 2002 for her performance in “Monster’s Ball.”
For the special red carpet occasion, Berry wore a metallic silver gown courtesy of Christian Siriano. The strapless gown featured a structured bodice with stain glass style silver pieces and glimmering detailed embroidery.

The mirrored gown also featured a short train with flowing sequins, which flowed behind the actress on the red carpet. The sides of the skirt also featured a semi-sheer element with small pieces of glimmering elements, as well.
Berry accessorized her look with Pomellato jewelry, featuring a chunky bracelet, dazzling rings and a pair of glittering earrings. As for her glam, Berry’s bobbed hair was styled with a sleek look and a side part. Her makeup featured a clean, serene look with bold brows and a glossy lip. The Oscar-winning actress’ look was curated by stylist Lindsay Flores.
Berry has been a regular at the Academy Awards since the late ’90s. The actress has worn several pieces by such designers as Marchesa, Atelier Versace, Tamara Ralph and more. Berry is best known, however, for her history-making 2002 Oscars gown.
The actress wore the Elie Saab design when she won her Academy Award for best actress, becoming the first Black woman to win the coveted Oscar. The design included a sheer bodice with ornate, botanical-inspired embroidery. The skirt of Berry’s dress featured a dramatic, voluminous look with a drop waist.
The 97th Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, takes place on Sunday at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Conan O’Brien is hosting the ceremony, honoring the best in cinema from the past year. Notable presenters include Halle Berry, Penélope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson, Oprah Winfrey, Cillian Murphy, Emma Stone and more.
