Does Halsey have endometriosis?

Haley does have endometriosis. The singer was diagnosed with the disease back in 2016 following a miscarriage. Endometriosis occurs when tissue that is similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. This tissue will still act like uterine tissue, often continuing to menstruate, but as there is nowhere for that blood to go, it causes scar tissue instead. This scar tissue can attach to other organs and tissue, sometimes causing nearby organs to stop functioning properly.

The disease can cause a number of problems, including intense pain, physical restrictions and infertility.

Does Halsey have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome?

Haley revealed in 2022 that they had been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The syndrome is a group of inherited disorders that impact connective tissues, mainly the skin, joints and blood vessel walls. The body’s connective tissues provide strength and elasticity to the body’s underlying structures.

Symptoms of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome can be overly flexible joints and stretchy, sensitive skin. The skin can be so fragile in those afflicted that it can be hard for them to get stitches as the skin may not be strong enough to hold them.

Of their journey to get diagnosed, Halsey said in 2022, “I was hospitalized for anaphylaxis a few times and I had some other stuff going on. Basically, after seeing like 100,000 doctors, I got diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Sj?gren’s syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome, POTS."

Will Halsey go on tour again?
