Hardwell Closes Ultra Europe With Pokemon Theme Song, Earns 20,000 XP

We knew Hardwell had a sense of humor (you’d have to to release “Sally,” right?), but we didn’t know he was a total nerd like us.

He did it all for the lols at Ultra Europe Sunday, July 17, when he closed his set with the biggest trending song in the whole Universe. The headliner stopped his set and amped up the crowd, teasing them to yell for “one more song.” Then he dropped the Pokemon theme, literally catching thousands of ravers in the greatest WTF moment of 2016.
