HARDY announces new Apple Music Radio program

Three weeks out from releasing his third studio album "QUIT!!," HARDY has announced that his frank yet conversational tone, typically saved for songs like his latest album's title single, are being taken to a new medium.

"The Fire With HARDY" is the country and rock chart-topper's new radio series airing exclusively on Apple Music's global live-streaming radio station Apple Music Country.

The biweekly show will showcase guests sharing stories and musical influences alongside the host digging deeper into his musical journey.

On July 2's debut episode, HARDY will discuss his own stories and experiences related to the "raw power and soul" of what he perceives to be legendary songs and hidden gems of rock and country music that have deeply impacted his life and career.

The first episode of "The Fire With HARDY" premieres live at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET on Apple Music Country at apple.co/_TheFire. The following episodes will air biweekly on Fridays at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. PT.

Other episodes will feature HARDY’s dad, Mike, Big Loud Records co-founder and the performer's chief producer Joey Moi, fellow singer-songwriter Stephen Wilson, Jr. and more as guests.

"Some of the best conversations I've ever had have been around a fire," HARDY tells Apple Music.

"I've always been intrigued at how people develop their musical tastes," he says. "Do they credit it to fond memories of their childhood? Did they discover it on their own? I wanna dig into some of my favorite musicians', songwriters', and producers' brains to see what and how music influenced them to become the successful people they are today."

"The Fire With HARDY" will also be available on-demand for Apple Music subscribers on Apple Music and Apple Podcasts after airing on Apple Music Country.
